Instant Trivia is here!
We havn't said much on the website about Complete Trivia being a host and trivia service in Australia. This basically means that to a variety of pubs and clubs in Sydney, Adelaide, Melbourne and other parts of Australia, Complete Trivia sends a host to these venues and runs a trivia night for them. Complete Trivia has it all.
Over the last few years we have found it harder to keep up with the demand for this service, not to povide new and exiting quizzes but to be able to find people who are willing to host a show in some of the farther reaches of Australia. We have been asked by some venues to just provide the quiz so they can use a person that they already have on staff to run the night.
Without going too much into the details, before we could do that we needed to set in place a web site and legal protection for copyright and a delivery system that would enable anyone anywhere to instantly download a new quiz on a regular basis. This was all a bit of a puzzle to us at first but we think we've got it all in place now with the help of Julie who has created and will administer our new Instant Trivia Australia site.
Now it's all very new and looks a bit empty at the moment but we have great hopes that the site will attract booth venues and entertainers who will be willing to enter a profile at the site and use it to hook up with each other. If a venue needs an entertainer to run a trivia quiz night they can see advertise for one or see if there is one already there who is looking. Likewise if an entertainer is looking for some easy money for a few hours work, they can advertise to be a trivia host and hope that a venue will be looking for someone in an area nearby.
We have the first of what we hope will be an extensive range of trivia quizzes already up on the site which launches today. It is possible to buy any one of the weekly quizzes as a single product at any time and know that the questions will be current and correct. There is also a special introductory offer
for any venue who wants to give trivia entertainment a trial run for three months.
A venue would need to run it for about three months before they can assess if it will work well for them as it will take a few weeks for the word of mouth momentum to bring in new subscribers. No entertainment will work if it is not well advertised as a regular event, as any venue manager will already know.
